Our calendar tracks the real-world Formula 1 schedule, which lately has stirred plenty of talk about whether Formula Um would still run Bahrain and Jeddah after those rounds were called off on the F1 side. We are running both. Our Minecraft versions of those venues are built, stable, and ready.

The Formula Um title fight is already intense, but raw points alone do not tell the full story yet. Several front-runners have only two races logged so far. A cleaner comparison is to apply one mulligan only for drivers and teams that already have three race results (drop their weakest round), and leave one- and two-race entries unchanged. That tweak gives a much clearer picture of who is actually dangerous right now.
At the top, 32Jeelow and mafi0z0 sit level on adjusted points, but they earned it differently. 32Jeelow has the most complete three-race résumé of anyone and stays the consistency benchmark. mafi0z0 has been electric in two showings and still looks like one of the highest-ceiling threats in the league.
Behind them, the field compresses fast. sodasoker and kaynewets score at a front-running rate despite still being on two rounds. JHdash77 stays in the lead conversation on pure one-lap pace and a qualifying curve that keeps climbing. The next pack (BigBirb, Sarukz, gaming_moment271, NidoThe1st, Mopeki) is tight enough that one big weekend could scramble the order.
The fight for the outright standings is unbelievably close. Officially, the lead is shared between 32Jeelow (Season 1 champion) and his teammate mafi0z0, with one of six mulligans already in play for the season. Predictions still lean toward 32Jeelow stretching the gap as rounds pile up, because he has been the more reliable driver week to week. That reliability starts with incredible qualifying results, with 32Jeelow starting on the front row every time so far (P2, P1, P2), which sets him apart from rest of the grid.
This year’s sharp end in qualifying features all three Cookie Muncher drivers: mafi0z0 averaging P5 (1, 9) and joka_10 P4 (5, 3). Then BigBirb (Pelican Racing) P5 (3, 6), sodasoker (Rainstorm) P4 (4, 3), and JHdash77 P3 (6, 2, 1).
JHdash77 is faster every qualifying session and is effectively the second-strongest qualifier in that group, so he is shaping up as another serious title outsider. Good qualifying only gets you so far: his quali-to-finish average is still about five places lost per race. China and Japan hurt most: front-row starts and 17 positions given up across those two alone. Japan was not just numbers. He was in a tandem fight for the lead with joka_10 and 32Jeelow on lap one. On lap two, under the bridge, he got bumped out of the tandem, bled speed, and Mopeki behind took third with contact that left JHdash77 down in a P9 scrap, roughly nine seconds off the lead after the mess. Sundays like that are exactly why race management and damage limitation still matter as much as raw pace.
Australia played more like a normal Formula Um round, except mafi0z0 set the world record on Australia on his first quali lap, then lowered it by 68 ms (1:26.279 now). China was a different animal: for many of us the most thrilling Formula Um race yet. mafi0z0 from P9 was within reach of the win until sodasoker held the line with defending that had to be seen to be believed.
Full streams: Australia, China, Japan. China recap: race cut. Japan highlights: qualification, race. On the Japan broadcast we ran driver interviews for the first time in Formula Um history; we plan to keep them as a regular thing.

Teams stack points the honest way: two drivers hauling on the same weekends. Under the same mulligan rule for squads with three race totals, Cookie Munchers still lead the adjusted chart; Rainstorm, KSG, and Sandstorm chase closest; Pelican Racing, Zoink Racing, and RedBoat Racing can all jump several spots off one clean Sunday.
